Last updated: August 23, 2026

By using StreamMaster ("the Service"), you agree to these terms.

Subscriptions

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to stream content you do not have the rights to, to violate the terms of any streaming platform, to harass others, or to break applicable law. You are responsible for the content you broadcast and the credentials you store.

Service availability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted broadcasting. You are responsible for complying with the terms of the platforms you stream to (Twitch, YouTube, and others), including their content and monetization rules.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost revenue from interrupted streams. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding a claim.

Your content

You retain all rights to the content you stream. You grant us no rights over your content except what is technically required to operate the Service (e.g., relaying your broadcast through the media server).

Changes and termination

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified in the app. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.
