EntangleIT ("we", "us") operates entangleit.com and the agent services hosted on it, including agentpay, x402 Gateway, x402market, BSVBounties, and our demo apps. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Information you give us. Your name, email address, and message when you contact us. The contact form opens your own mail client — nothing is transmitted to us until you send the email. If you set up wallets or API keys, we process the details you provide for that.
- Payment information. Card top-ups and subscriptions are processed by Stripe. We receive limited billing details (such as payment status, billing email, and card brand/last four digits) and never store full card numbers.
- Wallet, API, and transaction data. API keys and identifiers (for example, agentpay keys starting with
agp_), wallet balances and limits, and x402 or Bitcoin SV (BSV) transaction records needed to operate the services. BSV transactions are recorded on a public blockchain. - Usage and technical data. Requests to our pages and APIs — IP address, user agent, timestamps, and requested URLs — used to operate, secure, and debug the services.
Cookies and analytics
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our pages use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookie-less and reports aggregate traffic only. Our apps may store session state locally in your browser (for example, a wallet connection); that data stays on your device. Fonts are served by Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when your browser loads them.
How we use information

How we share information
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with providers that help us run the services — primarily Cloudflare (hosting, edge, analytics), Stripe (payments), and Google (fonts) — and when required by law or to protect rights and safety. If the business is transferred, information may transfer with it.
Blockchain data
Payments settled on BSV are recorded on a public, permanent ledger. Wallet addresses and transaction details are visible to anyone, and we cannot delete or alter on-chain data. Do not put personal information in blockchain transaction data.
Retention
We keep information for as long as needed for the purposes above, including legal, accounting, and security requirements. On-chain records cannot be deleted.
Security
We use industry-standard measures — encrypted transport, scoped API keys with limits, and payment processing that never touches our servers — but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal information, or to object to certain processing. Email [email protected] and we will respond within the time required by law. We may need to verify your request. Note that on-chain data cannot be changed.
Children
The services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
International transfers
Our providers process data in the United States and other countries where they operate. We rely on appropriate safeguards for those transfers.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest revision; material changes will be noted on this page.
