These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and EntangleIT Inc. ("EntangleIT", "we", "us"). They govern your use of entangleit.com and the services hosted on it — including agentpay, x402 Gateway, x402market, BSVBounties, our APIs and MCP tools, and our demo apps. By using the services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the services. If you use the services for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization. The services are not intended for children.
The services
We provide software for an agent economy: prepaid wallets for AI agents, pay-per-call API gateways, paid API discovery, bounties with escrow, and supporting tools. Some features are experimental or in beta and may change, break, or be removed at any time. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the services.
API keys, wallets, and agent activity
You are responsible for the API keys, wallet credentials, and agents you create or control, and for everything done with them. Keep your keys secret and set spending limits appropriate to your use. If you believe a key or wallet has been compromised, contact us immediately. Agents act on your behalf: spending authorized by your keys and limits is your responsibility.
Payments and billing
Card payments, top-ups, and subscriptions are processed by Stripe. Prices and limits are shown before you purchase (for example, agentpay Pro is currently $29/month). Subscriptions renew until cancelled. You are responsible for applicable taxes. We may change prices with notice for renewals.
Prepaid balances
Prepaid balances in agent wallets are credits for use within the services. They are not bank deposits, do not earn interest, and are not insured by any deposit insurance scheme. Balances are non-transferable except as the services expressly allow. We do not charge inactivity fees. Refunds are handled as described at purchase or as required by law.
Blockchain transactions
Payments settled on Bitcoin SV or other networks are irreversible and recorded on public ledgers. Network fees are your responsibility. We do not control any blockchain network and cannot reverse, cancel, or recover on-chain transactions. Never put personal or sensitive information in blockchain transaction data.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the services to break the law, infringe rights, launder money, evade sanctions, or commit fraud.
- Do not interfere with, overload, probe, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the services.
- Do not resell or white-label the services without our written permission.
- Respect rate limits and the usage terms published with each API.
We may suspend or terminate access that violates these Terms or creates risk for us or others.
Your content and feedback
You keep ownership of content you submit. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit it to operate the services. If you send feedback or ideas, we may use them without restriction or compensation.
Our intellectual property
The services, site, and content are owned by EntangleIT Inc. or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Our open-source projects (such as bsvOS) are governed by their own licenses.
Third-party services
The services rely on third parties — including Cloudflare (hosting and edge), Stripe (payments), and blockchain networks. Their terms and policies apply to their parts of the service, and we are not responsible for their acts or omissions.
Disclaimers
The services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement. We do not provide financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. Software — especially experimental agent software — can fail; do not rely on the services for critical or irreversible outcomes without safeguards.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EntangleIT Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or digital assets. Our total liability for any claim relating to the services is limited to the greater of the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or CAD $100. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EntangleIT Inc. from claims and costs arising out of your use of the services, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using the services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the services or others. Sections that by their nature should survive — such as intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, and governing law — survive termination.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest revision. Material changes will be noted on this page; continued use after changes means you accept them.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts of Ontario will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, except where consumer protection law gives you the right to proceed elsewhere.
